You can ask ASI to tell you the amount of tranqs it will take to knock out any creature that has knockout taming method. This includes creatures with extraordinary methods such as Rock Golems being knocked out with a cannon or wyvern knockout information although they can't be knocked out to tame, only to retrieve milk.
Important: Creature level must be specified for ASI to return a calculation. He will not assume a level, he will ask you to follow up with the level of the creature.
